What AdventJob collects
We collect account details, career preferences, documents and evidence you choose to provide, application activity, employer-workspace information, and technical records needed to secure and operate the service.
How information is used
AdventJob uses your information to operate your account, discover and rank relevant opportunities, prepare user-requested career materials, track applications, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and provide support. AI-generated work is grounded in the information and job evidence available to the service.
Candidate control and employer access
Private Career DNA, application history, documents, salary preferences and contact details are not exposed to employers by default. Employers may see only information you deliberately publish or approve for a specific introduction. You may revoke approved access.
Service providers and international processing
AdventJob uses vetted cloud, authentication, database, analytics and AI providers to deliver the service. Information may be processed where those providers operate, subject to contractual and technical safeguards.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, fraud-prevention and operational obligations. Signed-in users may request access, correction, export or deletion through account privacy controls.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, isolated cloud services, audit records and permission checkpoints. No internet service can promise absolute security; report suspected misuse promptly.
